Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When interested in an item, click on the photo or the
button.
This will direct you to a page that give more detail along with a bigger picture of the item of interest. If you would like to order an item, put the number that you need and click " Add to Cart" button on the right side of the item
list page. Use the " Continue Shopping" button to continue browsing until your cart contains all of the items you wish to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the " Chekout / View Cart" button on the bottom of every page of our web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Click the Shopping Cart button. If you decide that you do not wish to purchase a particular item in the Shopping Cart, click the Delete button.
When you are ready to complete the order process, click the " Proceed to Checkout" button.
Enter a Shipping Address
Enter your Billing and Shipping Address. Then proceed to the Order Review page and press Confirm button to move on to the Credit Transaction page.

A flat shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be added to all orders.
- Orders marked as gifts on the Invoice are subject to duties and taxes, levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be paid by the customer. In addition, please be reminded that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.
- Urgent shipments may require an additional shipping and handling fee. Please inquire via email.
Tracking Your Package
Shipments can be tracked through the Japanese postal service:

If your country is not listed, your shipment may be traced by the Japanese postal service. The process takes approximately one week. Please contact us by email with your confirmation number.

Our Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer sales division before returning merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Return instructions will be given at the time of your call.
Shipping charges and handling charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of OctonÕs error. When returning an item, please attach the email confirming our approval of the return. The following is the address for returns:

Refunds
You"ll be notified via e-mail of your refund once the returned item is received and processed. A refund can be expected within one month of our receiving the returned item being received. The refund will be credited to the purchasing credit card.
